Introduction
CGMMRC microRNA core is a research and service team which established in 2011. Core members consist of professors, research faculty, and expert technicians in the field of cancer research, microbiology, and molecular diagnostic.
The early stage mission is leading the way in investigation of novel microRNA biomarkers to empower disease diagnosis, risk estimation, prognosis, and follow-up. Recently, the core is also committed to providing accurate miRNAs analysis through establishing standardized nucleic acid isolation, RNA quantification, quality assurance, and automated manipulation platform following the MIQE guideline. More than 500 hundreds of human miRNA tests are ready to use, and willing to provide customized services to those whom need accurate microRNA quantification without list.
