Molecular Epidemiology Core Lab
Introduction
After Humankind finished Human Genome Project , research transfer to search the related genes of molecular epidemiology for diseases from gene ontology. It combine genotype and phenotype to achieve this mission. Due to microarray analysis and SNP genotyping analysis, the research of genotype and phenotype for whole genome sequencing come true. Therefore, molecular epidemiology will be a trend for future medicine research. Because those new techniques and new analysis will produce very big data, this will cause a main bottleneck for processing big data and analysis these data.
Goal
- Support research for molecular epidemiology and cell biology.
- Create the related software and hardware for genotype and phenotype of whole genome genetic analysis.
- Provide training courses to support the analysis service of cooperation plan.
